I always get good service. There was something new that I'm not happy about. I don't carry my GMC credit card with me, so now I don't get points for the service. I don't use the credit card, so I leave it at home. If I can't get my points, then there is no reason to spend my money with Chevrolet.

Purchased a 2025 Chev Traverse and at 407 miles check brakes and checkESC lights came on. Service dept tested everything and determined the problem was a factory installed faulty master brake cylinder. Provided me with a vehicle to drive while mine was in the shop, and got on the installation of the new cylinder as soon as it arrived. Test drove it for approximately 40 miles to make sure it was right before letting me have it back. All in all a very satisfactory experience.

I had the transmission replaced under a warranty offered by GASTORF. The warranty company was extremely difficult to deal with and kept wanting additional info which resulted in delays. It took 6 WEEKS to complete the repair. Awful warranty experience

To have this part-that is covered under warranty-replaced was a deal. It took multiple phone calls to just get the part ordered. Then after I was told it was ordered I had to call back continuously to see when it could be completed. Lastly, after that frustrating experience my car was put back together incorrectly and I had to bring it back to be fixed.

After my oil change and tire rotation was completed I departed and with in about 5 miles driving down the highway an alert came up on my dash stating engine oil low add oil. I called up the service department telling them the alert on my truck and they said if I could turn around and more than likely they forgot to reset after the oil change. After returning my truck that was not the case and in fact I was almost 2 quarts low on oil. This is completely unacceptable and causing potential damage to my vehicle. I have never had a problem in the past with previous oil changes, but now I am cautious about it and potentially might be looking somewhere else to have my vehicle serviced next time.

The service department was excellent. Alex and the other service manager (can't think of his name) were very helpful and great at their job. My truck was having electrical gremlins and between the the two service managers and the technician or technician's the were able to find the gremlin and repair it. Truck seems to be working well again. Evan though the repair bill was moderate I really think Gastorf might have cut me some breaks in there charging. I will always go to a dealer to have my repairs. A big THANK YOU to all who repaired it.
